The Interaction and Leadership Program

Have you ever encountered a work conflict situation that makes it difficult to do your job effectively? How about a challenging relationship with a co-worker? Have you had to work with others on teams who are not enthusiastic about their work? This new program will help you develop critical skills to deal effectively with these issues and be more successful in your job and in your life.

Who can attend?

A select group of UConn staff have been nominated and selected to attend this new pilot of targeted training.

What's in it for you?

This is a free program. But, due to space limitations, primary consideration will be given to those who can commit to the entire (eight course) program.
